Sebastien.RQ: All my links from last year are no longer working
I didn't notice, no alert or warning. Links created last year don't work anymore. How is this possible? Is there a time limit ?

That definitely shouldn’t be happening, and I understand how frustrating that must feel.
There’s no time limit on links created with CutMe Short. Once created, they remain active unless manually deleted. Our systems are fully operational and we maintain a 99.99% SLA uptime, so this is highly unlikely to be a platform-wide issue.
No need to worry though, we’ll take a closer look right away.

• Your registered email ID
• A couple of example links that aren’t working
Also, just to confirm, were these links created using your custom domain?
If yes, it’s possible that the domain’s DNS (A record) may no longer be pointing to CutMe Short at your domain provider’s end. This can sometimes happen if DNS settings were modified, the domain expired and was renewed, or nameservers were changed.
Once you share the details, we’ll investigate immediately and get this resolved quickly.
