Q: Help enabling link shortening with my custom domain (interested in lifetime license)
Hello CutMeShort team,
I am very interested in purchasing a lifetime license of your service through AppSumo. Before doing so, I would like your assistance in enabling the link shortening feature with my own domain.
My domain is xergio.site, hosted with Neubox (https://www.neubox.com/).
So far, I have already configured the DNS settings as follows:
Created an A record for go.xergio.site pointing to your server IP 139.59.221.173.
Verified that the subdomain is propagated correctly.
However, I haven’t been able to get the shortening feature to work yet. Could you please help me complete the configuration so that I can fully use my custom domain with your platform?
Once this is resolved, I am ready to proceed with the lifetime purchase.

As I can see you had connected your domain, but as I can see now maybe you have deleted it can you confirm?
Can you add it again so we can make sure your domain is approved.
