Hello,
Whilst your initial Tiers work well for a freelancer or small business, I recommend additional Tiers for an agency. For example, if I have a portion of my tech-savvy clients who like to do their own updates, that will still require ~50 workspaces. Again, great forward-thinking on isolating users with their own experience. I completely understand that as a bootstrapped company you must take into account sustainability and long-term growth. I wish you all the success in your campaign and future efforts.

Our system is absolutely capable of handling higher load and larger team structures. The only reason we haven’t included ~50 workspaces in the standard tiers is that it becomes an outlier compared to typical usage patterns for most customers.
That said, we do work closely with agencies and enterprise teams who need expanded limits, tailored access control, or custom workspace requirements. We’d be more than happy to explore a plan that suits your agency setup.
