Adding users to workspace is broken and support sucks
I've made several attempts both at trying to add a user to to a workspace, and asking for help though their chat because it's broken. No real trackable response; no resolution.
I've also requested several times to change the email address on the primary account, and again NO RESPONSE, when the app should have been built to accommodate that without a support request.
