Certain formats not allowed
I had high hopes for this software. Originally I had an issue that required support help. After an initial reply I was told that they would get back to me with an answer. This answer still has not arrived unfortunately 3 weeks later.
The actual issue is not being able to add Iframes into the URLs. This isn't a huge answer and a simple google tells why this is happening. It is a setting on CutMe Shorts side. Luckily I have found an alternative and will be refunding.
Overall though this is a decent software that will do most of the things you need it too. UI is easy and instructions are comprehensive.

It was never overlookedāour team had been researching the full scope of iframe implementation to ensure we understood all potential use cases before making changes. Unfortunately, since this was requested only once, we had prioritised other features that were in higher demand.
That being said, I completely understand that this feature was important for you, and I regret that we couldnāt deliver it in time. Your feedback is valuable, and we will be prioritising iframe support moving forward.
I also understand that youāve already made your decision to switch, but I genuinely hope youāll reconsider CutMe Short again. Weāre actively working on bringing new features and improvements, and weād love to have you back.
