The UI could be better and feels kinda slow even though it's mostly just textual data.

I don't think it's an actual latency or server issue, but something about the ui and animations that makes it feel sluggish like others have mentioned. Maybe because each time you click something it takes the site a second to load some data data before anything changes. Maybe it'll help to change the page immediately and load the content as they come in.

There's also features I completely missed due to the way the UI is designed. After trying it an hour I figured there was no way I missed the cap table feature and initiated a refund. Then re-bought it when I learned otherwise from support.

There's also other little things - there's no button to undo or reset a section. I deleted a section because I didn't like what I filled in and also had deleted some statements but wanted to re-read the tips -and expected there to be a way to add back a section with everything reset. I just ended up deleted the entire project and re-creating it. And now know to be careful not to play around too much.

Anyways, it sounds like I don't like it — but I like it. I hope it gets continually improved upon - not just the stuff on their roadmap but also the design of the product and tools.
