Potential

this has potential to be a great product.
It makes fun of what can be a challenging task.

The sign up / set up process definitely has issues.
To invite other people, they have to sign up to their personal account - and then you can invite them - annoying and needs attention.

This morning I went to log in, and it won't let me. My username and password is saved by Google - so I know it's right - but the system has some kind of error.
No option to even reset the password to get around it. Effectively, I'm locked out till support is back on Monday. Annoying.

It would be great it it could remember some of your company details - we run multiple businesses, so address etc would be nice.

I am sure they will get these worked out.
Meanwhile, it has its frustrations.

Hi Virtro,

Thanks for the review and sorry to hear your are still having difficulties getting started. We have been in contact with you through support and have seen your latest e-mail. We will respond to you shortly and hopefully we can get everything sorted out!

But to answer you key points here first:
It is not true that the users need to create an account before you can invite them. You can invite users before they signup and when they have successfully done so, they will be a part of your startup. I am not entirely sure what went wrong in your case or what the issue was, but as I mentioned in my previous e-mails the two e-mails account you invited are pending signups and were succesful, so all they need to do is signup with the e-mail and they’ll be automatically a part of your startup.

Regarding logging in and reset your password. According the latest screenshots you sent us, you were either using an email that did not have an account with us, or you tried to sign in to our Cuttles Community and not our application. We are sorry, if there were some confusion there in our onboarding e-mail communication perhaps. To log in to the app, you will need to go to app.cuttles.io/login and use the e-mail you signed up with. You can definitely also reset your password, you can find the link on the login page or by going directly here https://app.cuttles.io/forgot-password.
