Q: 1) Is there a WooCommerce integration?
2) Can I assign a user to only one chatbot (ie, can I give my client access to a chatbot we build for them)
3) Can I build chat bots for clients that are trained individually on their respective businesses, or is this intended to be used as a "one plan per business" model?

May 15, 2024A: 1. As of now, we don't have a WooCommerce integration. But we are already planning to release an integration with Shopify & WooCommerce for e-commerce users next month! Hope that helps
2. Currently, we don't have this feature yet. But clients have also been asking about this feature, so we will put it on our timeline ASAP!
3. Yes, you build chatbots for clients that are trained individually. You can create 1 chatbot for each client, feed different data to each chatbot and setup different message flows for each bot as well.
Thank you. That's all good. The only one I am not clear about is regarding client access. Can clients currently not access their chat bots for the human engagement features at least?
Regarding client access, right now, we have developed our features based on the workspace and will apply the plan for each workspace. You can add a lot of members to the workspace. Those members will have permission to review the chat and can reply to messages. If you want to give access to one specific chatbot to only one user, you need to set up that chatbot in a separate workspace. Hope that clarifies it!
