etcQ: Agency reselling
Can you clarify exactly how agency reselling is supposed to be handled? Does each bot have their own branding and separate users? I see you mention workspaces have separate plans - does that mean you would need an AppSumo plan for each one? Are you going to offer an ability to expand workspaces with LTDs later if, indeed, we are reselling the platform or are we supposed to pick up as many as we think we might need now? I’m just a bit confused based on how it’s being sold.

Yes you have to buy plans per workspace. We do have some clients are still using this version of white label to resell for their customers!
OK, but can you give a user access to just one bot or will they have access to all the bots in the workspace? Also, can you whitelabel each bot separately?
You can let your users access 1 bot only.
For your second concern, curently it can’t. But we can consider to make it in the future
