Q: BOT Workflow Module Limitations: Channel Compatibility Question

So if the BOT Workflow Module only works with Facebook Messenger, Telegram, and websites, does that mean other channels are stuck with just answering general questions from the BOT's training and knowledge data? They can't handle any automation stuff like GoHighLevel and etc.., right?

Hi, at minimum I'd like to see WhatsApp support, as many other similar solutions offer.
It would also be beneficial if you could support both WhatsApp for Business and regular WhatsApp via the scan QR.
I've noticed that the configuration to integrate with WhatsApp for Business is not fully automated in your current solution.
