Q: Can Tier 3 clients have their own isolated customer portals and logins?
Hello CX Genie team,
Congratulations on building such a promising platform. I am considering purchasing Tier 3 and using CX Genie as part of my agency services.
I would like to know whether Tier 3 supports a true multi-client setup.
For example, if I manage multiple customers under my main account, can each customer receive their own login and access only their own chatbot, help desk, conversations, workflows, and data?
In other words, can clients manage their own environment independently without being able to view or access any information belonging to other clients within my agency account?
If so, is this achieved through separate workspaces, organizations, subaccounts, or another mechanism?
Thank you in advance for clarifying.

Thank you so much for the kind words and for considering Tier 3. We're excited to potentially have you on board!
To answer your question honestly: our current white label feature partially covers your use case, but not entirely.
Right now, you can manage multiple clients under your main account with separate workspaces, each with their own chatbot, conversations, and data. However, the ability for each client to have their own independent login and fully self-manage their environment without any overlap is something we're still working towards.
So to set the right expectations: if you need a 100% fully isolated, self-serve multi-client setup out of the box today, we're not quite there yet. But we're actively building in that direction.
Thank you for the honest answer. I was expecting the same when I got the Tier 3.
