Hello, I am very interested in your product, but I live in Mexico and here we speak Spanish.
1- Can you tell me if I can configure the chatbot to use it on WhatsApp so that I can ask questions in Spanish and respond in Spanish, or is it only compatible with the English language?
2. Can the WhatsApp chatbot respond with:
PDF documents?
Images?
Google Map locations?
Pre-recorded audio messages ?

Edited Jan 22, 2025A: 1. Absolutely! You can configure the chatbot to respond in Spanish (Español), and you can also teach the chatbot to understand and respond in Spanish.
2. Currently, CXGenie’s chatbot responds to text-based input from users. While it doesn’t yet support images, audio, or PDF responses, we are actively working on upgrading the chatbot to handle more complex data.
