Q: Critical Bug: Bot fails to answer simple questions explicitly stated in the KB?

Why does the chatbot completely fail to answer simple questions (like product price) that are already clearly written and imported into the Q&A Knowledge Base? I provided the exact price in the backend, but the bot just replies "We couldn't find any results". Is this a known bug in data retrieval, and when will it be fixed?

1. Workspace owner email
2. Bot name
3. A sample of the Q&A data you imported (if possible)

Sometimes the format of the training data can cause the bot to not retrieve answers correctly, and our team will be able to check and identify the issue on our end.

This issue has been ongoing for a year now and still hasn't been resolved. May I ask why you continue to sell this product on AppSumo? I hope you can provide a reasonable explanation. Thank you.

If you have any issues that you cannot publicly address, why do you ask customers to email you privately to resolve them?
