ThriveDesk doesn't offer visual workflow editor and no Zapier integration that allows to send messages directly to an open conversation. I'm still waiting to get a reply if email channel is included in this deal, and in which tier. If so, then CX Genie can potentially be better.

Shawn I booked a call. The one inbox part doesn’t work for me. Each channel lands in a separate section for me and notification aren’t working. I’m sure it’s a bug. Talk soon.
