How large is your company, and how many people work there?
How many workspaces are included in the Tier 3 plan, and what is the cost for additional workspaces and extra Conversations per Month? Are there any future fees I should anticipate, and what integrations are included?
I’ve seen comments about issues with WhatsApp, Telegram, and Facebook Messenger integrations. Can you provide updates on these?
Also, can I use eg. zuche.ai for hosting a CX Genie chatbot? Is this feature included in the Tier 3 plan? Lastly, do you offer scraping features to convert content from my site to PDF for import into CX Genie?

You can create additional workspaces with no addition payment. However the for each plan you buy is apply for 1 workspace only.
For integration: we support: Wordpress, Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, Discord, Slack, Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Zalo, LINE.
The issue is now under our control already!

You can input the URL from your website and it directly learns the data.
