Q: Help Desk

Hi! Could you please clarify what the help desk is and what features it includes?

I signed up for a free trial and noticed that the omnichannel inbox is located under the help desk menu. Does this mean that the inbox is not available on Tier 1?

I would appreciate it if you could explain how Tier 1 and Tier 2 could benefit my business (We sell info products). We primarily use two channels—WhatsApp (via QR code) and Instagram—to respond to customer support queries and for engagement.

Also, is the CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) feature available on Tier 1?

A: Hello Tecsavyy, the Help Desk module is a module available in every tier, so this module will absolutely be available on tier 1. In case it does not show up on yours, please contact us at hello@cxgenie.ai and we will look into it for you.

In regards of the differences between tier 1 and tier 2, I think it best if we could discuss this through email.

And about the CSAT feature, we have temporarily closed this feature as we are improving it too make it more accessible and user-friendly. However, we have another feature called QA (Quality Assurance) Feedback, this feature will help manager to assess conversations or let the bot learn from those conversation.
