🔵 Updates:
🔹User Interface and User Experience
- Revamp the bot detail interface
When clicking on bot detail, the menus will be displayed in a sidebar format, categorized into Preferences, Data, Operation, and Development sections. Users can easily search for and access different sections, with information organized systematically for quick recognition and access to the functions they need.
🔵BOT
🔹In bot settings for setting options:
- Utilize knowledge from the LLM (Large Language Model) or not.
- Use emojis when replying to messages.
🔹Update flow for bot learned this conversation.
- When a user clicks "bot learned this conversation," a pop-up notification will appear, indicating that the learning process is ongoing. This pop-up will always be in the bottom left corner of the screen, and users can click (x) to close it. Once the bot has finished learning, the notification will change to "done." Clicking on the pop-up will open a new tab displaying a list of FAQs that the bot has learned from the chat. Users can edit and import from here.
🔹Allow attaching a domain to the chat-web feature + changing the title/favicon of the CX Genie web chat feature.
🔹Enable bulk deletion of training data.
🔹For knowledge bases, when clicking on the Data Source/From Customer link, open live chat instead of immediately opening in that tab.
🔹In the message flow, the repcap message block logic has been updated. Instead of sending an email to the customer containing the last 20 messages, it will now send a summary of the conversation generated by AI summarization.

🔹Allow editing the email of chat users.

🔹Add a feature to mark as unread for live chat.
🔹Allow sorting of unread chat messages to the top.
🔹Allow changing the icon of the chat widget.
🔹Enable quick summarization of conversations.
🐞 Bug fixes:
- Bot on Discord, Telegram, Slack is not functioning.
- When switching to mobile screen from 430-500 chat widget, the layout breaks when opened.
- Message flow - Waiting displays 's' but the format on the flow is 'day'.
- When extracting data, no question-answer pairs are extracted.
- Chat in bot testing, that chat segment appears in live chat, then disappears after reload.
- Click Recrawl all URLs - No observable phenomenon occurs.
- Sometimes switching from another tab to select bot ticket does not display the bot list.
