Q: Hi, I see ticket management is now live for Tie2 and Tier 3.

So thanks for that šŸ™.
But, and a BIG but. When a user clicks on 'Create a ticket', it opens up https://ticket.cxgenie.ai/
We don't want that please. A user chatting with my branded chabot and logging a ticket at cxgenie?? Please allow us to add our own domain. Or is it already available to have our own domain?
