Q: Intergrations
Hi Team, It looks like a great product. A quick question.
1. Do you have Jira (JSM) integration on the roadmap at all? As it looks like an awesome layer to sit on top of our current business systems. Which are entirely Atlassian

Currently we use JSM for all support. Tickets are created from calls, emails or forms and then managed. You have many coms channels coming in. Each would need sync with the JSM workflow, so it could eb tracked internally. And so the Dev team could manage bugs etc. maybe sync a similar way to gainsight PX.
