Q: Loving the concept – but still waiting for access

Really intrigued by what CX Genie promises – that’s why I purchased the Tier 3 lifetime deal earlier this week. Unfortunately, I’ve been unable to verify my email and access the platform ever since. Support is responding (thank you!), but things are moving quite slowly for such a basic issue.

I’m genuinely looking forward to using the tool – but just wanted to share this experience here in case others run into similar trouble. Fingers crossed things get resolved soon!

I initially contacted your support team via email last Wednesday and received a response on Friday, informing me that the matter would be handled after the weekend. Unfortunately, I haven’t heard anything back since then – and it’s now Tuesday evening here in Germany. The issue is still unresolved

I’m unable to access my CX Genie account because I never received the verification code via email. I’ve tried multiple times, checked spam folders, and even tested password reset – without success.

I’ve also shared my AppSumo invoice for verification, so at this point I kindly but firmly ask that someone from your team manually activates my account so I can finally begin using the product I purch
