In 17 days my trial period ends and the promised Mailbox still hasn't appeared, this is already the 2nd time, in 2 consecutive campaigns where I'm forced to refund the product for not delivering what was promised.
- Are we finally going to have the Mailbox on time or should we leave it for the next campaign on AppSumo?

A: Hello there! In trial period doesn't include Mailbox, the Mailbox is included only when you are using the account which is applied AppSumo key. Please contact us via hello@cxgenie.ai so that we can take a look your account

sorry, I wanted to say days left before my appsumo warranty expires.
Anyway, already refunded because for second time the mailbox not was ready or informed

First of all, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the Mailbox feature.
To clarify, the Mailbox is available for free to workspaces that have successfully applied the AppSumo code. It is not automatically included during the trial period. If you have activated the code but still do not see the feature, there may have been a technical issue.
