Q: Only chat or also provide customer support via e-mail?
The AI agent and the ability to create unique flows based on experiences sounds very appealing. However I don't use the chat function and also have no intention to start the function. But I do get e-mails to my customer support from my Shopify webshop. Is it possible to use CX Genie as a customersupport for email as well, with integration to Shopify order / customer details?

At the moment, CX Genie is primarily focused on chat-based automation and support. While we don't yet support AI-powered email automation, you can manually respond to customer emails directly within CX Genie thanks to our Mailbox feature — which allows you to integrate your Gmail inbox and manage all customer support emails in one place.
CX Genie also helps you to sync your store from Shopify to CX Genie and the bot fetches Live Data from your store and gives accurate answer to your customer.
