1.) Do your chatbots have the ability to answer customers questions based on information provided to its knowledge base, or is it based on a predetermined questions with provided answers workflow, which maps the responses?
1b.) If no, when will this feature be available for use?
2.) Does your company plan on providing the lastest AI models or just ChatGPT 4.0?
3.) Have you made improvement to the chatbot outputs to questions within the knowledge based, since you were last on Appsumo, for accurate responses? Question is based on the software review on your Appsumo page, from one of the reviewers.
4.) What is the process and cost if we use all of your conversations provided per month, before the month ends?
5.) Is there a way to manage the chatbots usage and workspaces?

1. Our platform provides you A.I response and designed answer from Workflow as well, however our Workflow also apply A.I not like traditional Workflow
2. We provide you multiple model which is GPT-4o, Gemini 1.5 and Claude 3.5
