1.) Thanks for answering my previous questions, I purchased Tier 3. Can you elaborate on how your is software different from other chatbots?
2.),Can we manage the chatbot usage and workspace per brand?
3.) Does your software integrate with website other than WordPress?
4.) Can I use your software in Facebook groups?
5.) Do you have plans to integrate with LinkedIn?
6.) What is the cost for additional conversations?
7.) If Tier 3 is not aligned with the Business plan, how can we map our Appsumo plan with your website, if there is no Pro plan?

Sep 5, 2025A: 1. CX genie is a platform provides you A.I response not a fixed response, we also provide you all in 1 platform where your agent just need to use CX Genie to work
2. At the moment you can not manage them specifically, however you can let them use within 1 workspace
3. We do give you a lot of integration such as: Facebook, IG, WA, Discord, Telegram,...You can check that in section Platform Integration
4. At the moment you can't use CX Genie in Facebook group
5. Currently we don't have plan to integrate with Linkedln, however if you need that please contact us via hello@cxgenie.ai
6. For additional conversation, it will cost you $20 for 50k additional conversation
7. Pro plan is now the Team plan on our website!
