A: 1. We have a feature called "Form Builder", you can collect information that users submit and their answers can be send to another team member via emails or the answers can act as webhooks to trigger emails to be sent.

2. Currently, we haven't supported Calendly integration yet. But, you can set up a workflow that would direct clients to your Calendly booking appointment page.
