In my scenario (we are a no profit) I need to use about 10-15 FULL website (I mean all the pages)
+ some document (about 5-10) and I'd like to see the chatbot learn also from our test questions...
Is my assumption correct?
Document limit for AI knowledge: 50. means that I can provide to CX Genie 10-12 website as document source (Genie can read all the pages?). and some text file (word, txt or PDF...)

To clarify, the "Document limit for AI knowledge: 50" means that you can upload up to 50 documents as sources for training your AI assistant.
For example, on the Basic Plan, you can currently upload 12 documents, which could include 10 FAQs and 2 websites or 5 FAQS + 5 Websites + 2 Articles.
You can try uploading your documents and tracking the trained data using the screenshot I shared. We count based on document uploads, not the overall knowledge base.
