Understand what you mean, but it looks like this "PRO" is a custom plan that does not match any of our official plans. With that, the deal terms and conditions: Lifetime access to CX Genie, all future Pro Plan updates, and automatic mapping to the new Plan name with all accompanying updates if the Plan name changes, are no longer valid right.
Hi Andrew/Matrix the Pro plan is equal to the Team plan, however you will be updated new feature as a AppSumo's buyer, your benefit will be covered, don't worry.

When they offer a different plan than the one listed on the developer's website, we, as buyers, are excluded from future updates and have few options. They release new features and version 2.0, but we remain on the same plan because we don't follow a standard sales plan.
I was interested in getting the higher plan, but everything indicates that we won't be able to receive major updates.

Initialy I'm concerned we might be left without future updates and bug fixes. The chatbot tech evolving rapidly, and AppSumo buyers could be at a disadvantage if we don't receive ongoing support and improvements.
