Q: When will your support reps be knowledgeable?

I am a Tier 3 customer.
It's been 13 days I am trying to get a solution on mailbox - email sharing issues. The support rep always sending me pre-written answer that not solving my problem. I sent loom videos to properly demonstrate my problem. She failed. Now today I had a google meet with her. I spent 45 min to make her understood the problem, and she agreed that this is a bug. and she now asking more 3 days to give me an update? What ? She alredy wasted 13 days and now telling me to wait 3 days to get an update from their dev tea.
Now my question is that I have bought CX Genie in the first launc and it's ending second LTD on appsumo. I still failed to utilize my purchase. When your support rep will be knowledgible on your product?
