A tool that has everything in it

I have been experimenting with the tool while being on tier 3. This is not the first tool that i use on this kind of software. However this is the first time that i believe i have high chances to use it on everyday use and i am planning to use it both internally for my operations and for my customer's operations. I like that when someone uploads an image it is not getting downsized (not compressed like it is done on messaging tools). Keep up the good work.

Solid tool with a critical gap for EU users

Cxgenie is a promising tool with active development and a clean, powerful interface for customer interactions. The team is clearly working to improve the platform, which is great to see.

However, there are some important limitations. For European users, the main issue is the lack of GDPR compliance, as data is stored on servers in Singapore without clear safeguards for EU transfers. This can be a serious obstacle for many businesses.

If compliance is addressed, Cxgenie could become a very strong solution. Until then, it’s best suited for users outside the EU or for projects where GDPR is less critical.

powerful chatbot that has quite a comlpete feature

This is a powerful chatbot that has quite a complete feature set that I didn't find in competing products. CX Genie aims to provide a complete web and messenger customer support solution and its making great strides towards that.

This is a versatile platform that connects your messaging services to a central helpdesk so your team can do the job of providing support - and also Ai can get involved. The platform has some bugs, but the team seems to be very proactive at squashing them.

Overall, the user interface is good, but sometimes it takes a little bit of digging to find the exact setting you are looking for.

4 Tacos for now and possibly this will be upgraded to 5 once a few more items get looked at.
