it doesn't work as it should, buggy
customer service is sub-par. the email support that requested I send an email if it has problems referred me to the discord server. Discord server did not give any feedback or help.
Later on I noticed more than half my knowledgebase URLs have been deleted. All of my PDF uploads have been deleted as well.
Unfortunately, this product is too buggy for launch and isn't ready for deployment at the moment.
With that being said, it's the best chat bot I've used on the AS platform.
