I recently started using CX Genie, and it has already made a significant impression on me. The first thing you'll notice about this AI chatbot product is its sleek and polished design, which not only looks great but feels intuitive and user-friendly.
Despite being relatively new to the market, CX Genie stands out due to its rapid and proactive development cycle. The team behind it is relentlessly pushing out new features, which highlights their commitment to continuous improvement and innovation. This persistent evolution is a huge positive indicator for me, as it shows that they are actively working to refine and expand the product's capabilities.
Any bugs I encountered were promptly noted by the staff, and it's clear that user feedback is taken seriously. The community is very active and open, with the support team always readily available to assist.
It's refreshing to see that you can directly interact with the CEO and other team members on Discord. This level of transparency and engagement fosters a sense of trust and confidence in the product's development trajectory.
I only have a few 'cons' regarding how things work now. For instance, there is a limitation of 50k conversations per month even with your own Open API key, and there are few options for customization and white-labeling. However, they have heard our concerns and are taking action to address these limitations. And I truly believe they will. :)
While CX Genie is not perfect yet, the ongoing improvements and the team's mindset of building the product alongside the community make me genuinely believe that they are on the path to achieving something awesome. If they maintain this pace and user-centric approach, CX Genie is poised to become a leading player in the AI chatbot space.
So if I were you, I would not miss the opportunity to purchase this lifetime deal and help shape this product. :)
