Sad it did not work
The interface, the team, the app, and the support are amazing, but unfortunately, it is not working for me. After 1 month of purchase, I am unable to connect my FB page. I reported this issue on Discord, where other people are experiencing the same problem. They just released a new version but did not fix the bug, and they do not know when it will be fixed because it depends on Meta. On the other hand, they promised WhatsApp integration soon, but it is not live yet. Therefore, I think, sadly, I will have to request a refund before the time window expires.

Just to summarize the Facebook page connection issue: the issue lies with Facebook page access permissions. CX Genie currently integrates with FB pages using personal account roles, not Business Manager account roles which might be why youre facing this issue.
We recommend trying to add the FB account to the page using this link: https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=profile_access (do not use a business account to add). Then, add that (personal) account to CX Genie and use that account to add pages to CX Genie.
Whatsapp integration is actively being developed, and the release is scheduled for this month (June).
