I had a meeting with Shawn and he was super supportive, he walked me through the setup and made everything so smooth.
The AI works smooth af + already got wayyy more features than I expected:
- AI Chatbot with 1-click integrations to a lot of channels.
- Ticketing system
- Workflows & automation to route messages, auto-respond, or create tickets (with a lot of amazing AI blocks).
- Live chat + shared inbox for centralized communication
- Knowledge base integration so the bot answers with accurate data
- Reports & analytics to monitor team performance
- API & Webhook support for flexible integration
...
And… they’re still building even more. Can’t imagine what we’ll be able to do once all of it’s live.
Already planning to upgrade tier, not gonna miss this deal!
