Say there is an info@ and sales@ and support@ all with the same domain and I need a different type of reply written (or even persona) from your AI... how could this be setup with CXAssist to detect those different email to's and reply according to the context of the email that was used to send to?

For me, I'd have 5 to 10 email addresses that I'd want AI to be replying on.
Your $39 entry level = one email account = 5,000 emails per month (which is even overload for me for one email address!)
But your Plan 5 $195 = one email account 50,000 emails per month. 5000 emails for one email address is a LOT, let alone 50,000!
Can you please let me split up total emails across multiple addresses, so I could manage different emails inside one CXAssist account... instead of having to keep open and checking 10 different CXAssist accounts?
I'm better off to buy 5x of Plan 1 ($39 x 5 =$195.00) .... but will only give me half of the emails (25,000) compared to the same value of plan 5... I need more addresses answered over more email replies, please consider
