Q: Can I integrate CXAssist to third party email applications?
I currently use Zoho Mail and all of my email alias addresses are configured here. Can I integrate CX assist with my email provider to fully utilize the capabilities.

Can you set your brand tone to include multiple tone options to select as a bundle and a profanity filter functionality to make sure the email follows strict guidelines and protocols as this email will be in direct communication with your end users.
Hello, I just bought one code to try this out and planning to get a couple more once I have it sorted out, but I have a quick question. One of the Use Cases on your website says that it can be used to nurture past clients encouraging them to set up an appointment & reengage with your services, but I don't see where or how to set that up. What I'm really looking for on the sales side is after a call or demonstration, we could upload the transcript of the meeting along with the initial follow up email and attachments we send, then turn it over to CXA to handle follow ups, is that a possibility with this application now or potentially in the future? It sounds like the use case mentioned on the website could work for that, everything else seems to only be triggered via inbound email.
