One of the Use Cases on your website says that it can be used to nurture past clients encouraging them to set up an appointment & reengage with your services, but I don't see where or how to set that up. What I'm really looking for on the sales side is after a call or demonstration, we could upload the transcript of the meeting along with the initial follow up email and attachments we send, then turn it over to CXA to handle follow ups, is that a possibility with this application now or potentially in the future? It sounds like the use case mentioned on the website could work for that, everything else seems to only be triggered via inbound email.
A: Hi, yes everything is triggered by inbound emails. You may need to trigger a first follow-up email then allow the app to respond and set them up for an appointment. We're working on such feature too. Thank you for the suggestion.

Can you set your brand tone to include multiple tone options to select as a bundle and a profanity filter functionality to make sure the email follows strict guidelines and protocols as this email will be in direct communication with your end users.

I currently use Zoho Mail and all of my email alias addresses are configured here. Can I integrate CX assist with my email provider to fully utilize the capabilities.
A: Yes! CXAssist supports German along with 50+ other languages. It can read and reply in German based on the emails it receives.
However, at the moment, CXAssist does not integrate directly with WooCommerce or DHL tracking data. That being said, if the order details or tracking information are included in the emails CXAssist receives, it can generate responses based on that data.
If integrations with WooCommerce or DHL are something you’d like to see, feel free to submit a feature request on our website.
Any plans to enable suggestive auto filing - i.e. creates suggested replies to email and then identifies a possible folder for the original to be stored to and drops it there once confirmed as the correct location or learns form the user mocving an email to a folder and suggests that location for the next email for that thread.

A: I'm sorry but our software doesn't have the functionality to automate tasks such as unsubscribing to a newsletter. However, you can just train the AI on how to respond to these requests and just create an automated task to delete them from your email list. Hope this helps.
That could be a possible workaround! You could forward emails to Gmail, then use ActivePieces to manage filtering and update the blacklist dynamically. However, CXAssist doesn’t currently have direct integration with ActivePieces, so the setup would rely on Gmail’s forwarding and filtering options.

In the FAQ you say that CX assist support more of 50 languages, but where is the complete list? For example I suppose that italian and spanis hare supported, but I am not sure ..
