Q: 10.000 email per month meaning

Does it mean i could send 10.000 (or create a draft of 10.000) emails or does it mean it could read 10.000 emails and then decide to reply (or even do nothing)? The first one would be nice, the second one would be a dealbreaker, because of so many spam-emails which are irrelevant for cx.?

A: In this context, the 10,000 emails per month refers to the emails CXAssist can read, analyze, and decide whether to reply to or take no action. It doesn’t mean you can draft or send 10,000 outbound emails; instead, it’s about handling inbound emails—reading and determining which ones need a response.

To avoid unwanted responses to spam or irrelevant emails, you can set filters within CXAssist, so it only engages with the emails that matter to you. This helps ensure CXAssist focuses on relevant inquiries and doesn’t get triggered by spam.

OK sobi can set some filters and all filters that are true for this CX will ignore and not count for it right?

Yes, you can set some filters such as keywords, domains, labels, etc to ignore them. Hope this helps
