Currently, CXAssist does not support triggering an API call (HTTP request or webhook) when a specific email is received. However, this is a valuable feature request, and we are always working to improve and expand our platform’s capabilities. While it’s not available right now, we’ll definitely consider it for future updates.

We also have a button to request a feature on our website, and we’d appreciate it if you could add your suggestion there. Thanks for your feedback!
