Q: Can i reply to different email accounts all within gmail?

on gmail I receive emails some sent to specific domains, eg info@domain1.it, book@domain2.com, there are about 10 (that I read and reply to on gmail with the same domain - I added a specific sender email) and others that arrive on the main account name@gmail.com
1) can I use it to set up different replies when emails are sent to my address 1, and differently to my address 2, so I can set up an email formation for each email address even if these are all in a single gmail account?
2) in my email there are many messages received, but I don't have to reply to all of them, can I set who I have to reply to and who I don't? how does this setting work?

A: Hi Giovanni,

Thanks for your interest in CXAssist! I want to make sure I understood your question correctly, so please let me know if this doesn’t answer it. Here’s my response:

1. Currently, CXAssist allows for only one Gmail account per user. If you’re using multiple domains, you would need a separate CXAssist account for each one. This way, each account can have its own customized AI training.
2. Yes, you can control which emails CXAssist responds to. You can set up rules using keywords, specific senders, or domains to decide which emails should get a reply and which should be ignored. This way, CXAssist will only respond to the emails that matter, helping you stay efficient.

Let me know if this clears things up!

Best regards,
Mark

the answer doesn't match the question.
on namesurname@gmail.com, I don't just receive mail from namesurname@gmail.com but also from other accounts that are configured inside gmail. this way I use Gmail to receive emails from different additional accounts. the main account is always namesurname@gmail.com but inside I have emails from info@domain1.it, book@domain2.com

Hi Giovanni,

Thank you for clarifying the setup. Currently, CXAssist operates based on the primary Gmail account it’s connected to, and it doesn’t have the capability to differentiate between multiple addresses configured within that single Gmail account.

However, if you need different responses for different email addresses, you would need to set up a separate CXAssist account for each email address (info@domain1.it, book@domain2.com, etc.) to train the AI specifically for each one.

That said, we appreciate your feedback and will consider this use case for future improvements.

Regards,

Mark
