Q: Can you please change your pricing model for more than one email address per account?
From your replies, you are currently only 1 email address per account for AI replies.
For me, I'd have 5 to 10 email addresses that I'd want AI to be replying on.
Your $39 entry level = one email account = 5,000 emails per month (which is even overload for me for one email address!)
But your Plan 5 $195 = one email account 50,000 emails per month.
5000 emails for one email address is a LOT, let alone 50,000!
Can you please let me split up total emails across multiple addresses, so I could manage different emails inside one CXAssist account... instead of having to keep open and checking 10 different CXAssist accounts?
I'm better off to buy 5x of Plan 1 ($39 x 5 =$195.00) .... but will only give me half of the emails (25,000) compared to the same value of plan 5... I need more addresses answered over more email replies, please consider
