Q: Can your app detect email forwarding addresses going to one central email address?
What if I have 5 different email addresses, all pointing to one central "catch all" email address... can CXAssist be trained to see the specific email address that the person writing used to send to?
Say there is an info@ and sales@ and support@ all with the same domain
and I need a different type of reply written (or even persona) from your AI... how could this be setup with CXAssist to detect those different email to's and reply according to the context of the email that was used to send to?

Dec 2, 2024A: Hi,
Thank you for your question! Currently, CXAssist works with the central email account that is directly connected to it, so it doesn’t have native functionality to detect forwarded emails or differentiate between multiple “To” addresses (e.g., info@, sales@, support@) that all point to one central “catch-all” account.
We understand the importance of this feature, and a more robust solution for handling forwarded or catch-all emails is something we’re considering for future updates. Thank you for bringing this to our attention—it helps us refine CXAssist to better suit diverse use cases.
Let me know if you’d like assistance with setting up the email rules or if you have further questions!
