Q: Cancel emails from newsletter:
Some people don't click on the cancel link to the newsletter emails, but they ask to be cancelled from the newsletter replying to it. Do you have ideas to use this tool to manage the ask to delete from the newsletter answering to it through email?

Jan 10, 2025A: I'm sorry but our software doesn't have the functionality to automate tasks such as unsubscribing to a newsletter. However, you can just train the AI on how to respond to these requests and just create an automated task to delete them from your email list. Hope this helps.

That could be a possible workaround! You could forward emails to Gmail, then use ActivePieces to manage filtering and update the blacklist dynamically. However, CXAssist doesn’t currently have direct integration with ActivePieces, so the setup would rely on Gmail’s forwarding and filtering options.
