Are you familiar with Relevanceai.com
It can do many things with many agents, one being answering emails... but it's either $20 per month or $200 per month!
And ... it looks kind of complex-ish to setup.
I presume your CX Assist would be easier to implement?
Any feedback on this comparison is greatly appreciated.
