Q: Personal use

Hi, I'd like to use your tool to manage my personal inbox. Have you seen this use case? Is it possible to apply gmail filters after the agent treat the message? For exemple, moving it to an specific folder.

Thanks for reaching out! While CXAssist is primarily designed for business and customer support use cases, it can definitely be used to help manage a personal inbox as well. You can automate responses, categorize emails, and save time by letting our AI handle routine tasks.

As for applying Gmail filters after the AI processes a message, CXAssist itself doesn’t currently have the ability to move emails to specific folders within Gmail. However, you can still set up Gmail filters directly in your Gmail settings to automatically organize emails based on certain criteria (e.g., sender, subject, keywords) after the AI responds to them.
