What I'm really looking for on the sales side is after a call or demonstration, we could upload the transcript of the meeting along with the initial follow up email and attachments we send, then turn it over to CXA to handle follow ups, is that a possibility with this application now or potentially in the future? It sounds like the use case mentioned on the website could work for that, everything else seems to only be triggered via inbound email. Thanks!
