no support/reply for for over a week
Service was great after initially not connecting with them. The software does EXACTLY what it says for better or for worse. I wish there was a feature to draft emails based on specific filters like Subject Lines, Labels, or emails such as myemail+support@gmail.com. This approach could work well for one-time-use emails, allowing for easier management of those accounts.

Had issues setting this up, so I replied to the automated email for new users. It's been a week and no reply. There is a competitor that I may have to get instead, but it did not seem to quite fit the way I thought CX would. Will poke at it a bit more and see if anything happens, or issue a refund.
