It's good to see Cyber Angels making every effort to fill an important industry requirement.

The user interface is relatively basic, can be challenging to navigate out of the box, but you quickly get a sense of how they have created a level approach within the 'improve' section. Each level requirement matches a compliance framework element. The more items completed within the levels, the more this helps to improve your security posture. The threat analysis reports are decent but the final PDF visual formatting needs some work.

During a discovery call with Andrea, we talked through potential ideas, provided feedback as above, and suggested including an 'assessment' compliance standard progress instead of a level approach as this makes things hard to follow. A clear path for meeting a certain compliance standard will easily identify what standard is being met. Otherwise you need to go to the levels and see what standards are partially being met. Feedback was well received and there are lots of interesting plans on the roadmap.

The cyber angels platform has great potential and is on the right track. Look forward to more developments from their roadmap over the coming months.

I don't know what went wrong.
My version 0.0.1 is certainly a pre-alpha version.
The training video "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XYOsgY0TwRc" was only 63 seconds long. The linked https://www.youtube.com/@cyberangels5246 channel had no content.
There was no link/button/email for help/tickets, that I could find.
There were regular red 'Exception' errors, without useful explanation.
I was able to scan two of my sites.
The wordpress with Let's Encrypt was basically fine.
The wordpress with Sucuri and GoDaddy certificate falsely claimed to have no certificate.
The reports were almost useless, although a professional may be able to track down what to do to improve security.
I just found my reset password from cyberangels in my gmail spam folder.
All other cyberangel communications were basically appsumo communications.
I will probably return this product, rather than waste more time on it.
I do like the logo.

It's got its merits, yet it has a poorly designed UI/UX which makes it look very basic, plus the flow is not well though out, and report needs more detail especially in some instances on why a risk was classified as a risk and potential actions.

Do you have a list of all the checks, as does it check Security Headers (HTTP Headers), SQL Injections/XSS/CSRF etc... as it seems to have covered a lot, yet not all areas of CyberSecurity, do you have a Roadmap?

It also mentions ensure your software is upto date, yet does it or will it detect versions and report it in the future...?

ISSUES

💠Risks:
It reports on what it finds, yet it doesn't always verify if it is a risk for the current domain; it some instances, it's more like, this is a potential risk - really needs a way to mark off risks or atleast have comments.

💠SSL Certificate:
I got a "Not Detected" for one of my domains SSL Cert, yet it has one and SSLLabs can detect it.

💠Report PDF Export:
The report visuals are pixelated, with some misalignment and missing images.

💠Cyber Angels Logo:
From page 2, the Cyber Angels logo is shown next to the heading and my domain. Why? Move your logo up and use two different blues to show your branding and then the domain, as my domain is not associated with your company. It will also make it easier to read.

💠Chrome Browser:
Gives error below, tried cache, updating etc so Used Firefox instead...
app.cyberangels.io uses an unsupported protocol.

💠Section Overview:
I would prefer an overview (4 circles) for each section on the summary page, with links to each section of the report.

💠Who is the report aimed at?
It feels like a mix between Management and experience System Admin who knows what to do - need to pick.

I would suggest a Summary Page (Man.) and a Full Report (Sys-Admin) with more information on actions for less experienced Sys-Admins/IT Depart...

This is one of the best tools I have bought to help me secure my website. When I went in there, it was really easy to set up and the report that I got gave me everything I needed to know about where my security was lacking. I would’ve never guessed it and I’m really happy that my evaluation will definitely go up in the near future. Thank you guys for a great product.

this is best software to fortify company and personal security against cyber threats. Its robust features provide solid defense, and I strongly endorse it to my peers for safeguarding their systems too.
