May 14, 2024A: Tier 3 license is not ideal for offering CYTRIO as a managed service. We offer an Agency license that allows you to offer CYTRIO as a managed service. Agency version comes with an Agency/Service Provider console making it easy for you to manage all your customers from a single console while giving you the ability to allow your end customers view their own data via customer console. After seeing your message about the license, I contacted Cytrio to request more information because I had already purchased tier 3 and the main goal was to offer my clients the Consent banner for their sites.
From the answer I received from them, it appears that I can use tier 3 for the clients' sites, the only thing I can't do is give them access to the CYTRIO console and view their data, but in my case, I take care of everything and my clients don't need that.
Can someone from the Cytrio team confirm this here as well?

So even though they stated here that you can use it for customers, it is against their terms and conditions. Be very careful!
