Q: I had reviewed and rated Daftpage highly several months ago, but have been disappointed so far.

Most products improve over time with fixes and added features. Daftpage, on the other hand, takes away features and starts over at square one again in terms of development.

I had blocks in V1 editor that I could design. Now I only have limited types of blocks with V2. I can't use V1 for future sites because it's not supported anymore. My embedded widgets don't load on the webpage unless I manually refresh the page.

V2 is so bare in functions that I can't really do much design work. So this product now is worthless for me. I can't rely on this product to grow my business. Another thing is it's a one man show with Daftpage. If something happens to the developer, I'm doomed.

I only make content on Notion and wrap this in Daftpage, but the Notion block is in V1 (which is no longer supported). Styled.page is buggy with barely any features.

Why can't the developer focus on one project and make it damn good before starting another one? I don't recommend anyone sinking money into this product. Wait for another better project or go with a paid plan from an established company.

Q: Hello everyone Daftpage is evolving into a more powerful type-based editor that works like a document (V2).

It's a complete rewrite and the UX is radically different from V1.

The goal is to provide minimal building blocks (text, container, columns, etc...) so that users can create their own high-level blocks (Pricing table, Hero Section, Footer, etc...).

In order to make the product cohesive, some features from V1 are not available in V2 (Blog feature, Notion feature, Pricing block, Hero block etc...).

Note that you can still access editor V1 and its Notion integration.

I recently launched Styled (styled.page), a tool focusing on making websites with Notion only. It's a tool similar to super.so.

As this project is focused on Notion only it will offer a better experience and better performance for Notion websites.

If current Daftpage v1's Notion integration is enough for you, no need to check it out!
