Is it equally compatible with Apple macOS and iOS products?

I tried the free signup version on an iPad, but didn’t progress far. Basic setup tasks like adding a logo got hung up halfway, when tried to add a graphic.

BTW, I can’t find an option to add a graphic from Apple Photos or Apple Files, but maybe I didn’t look in the right place?
