Q: Hi, 1.
I use Divi theme and have integrated multiple SaaS (purchased via Appsumo) as subdomain in my WordPress websites and present it before end customer as integrated solution. Will dark mode work with such sites?
2. Will I get future support and features updates, which regular plan on your site is it mapped to?
3. Can my website visitor click on some button and convert his/her experience into dark mode. Is it possible or as admin I need to do some settings but then some subscribers as well as customers may not like dark mode, so I want to give choice. Please clarify?
4. If I buy 2 codes, can I use it on my sites as well as for my clients (means commercial license for my agency). Can I support these clients myself on ongoing basis or do they need to contact you, if I deliver website to them?
5. Where are you based, how long have you been in business, what new features can we expect down the road?
Thanks

May 14, 2024A: Hello,
1. If your sub-domains have also installed WordPress then you'll need DarkLup license for each of the domains.
But without WordPress installed in the sub-domains, Darklup will not work as it is a WordPress Plugin.
2. Yes, You will get future support and features updates on a regular basis.
3. Yes, your website visitors can click on the floating button and convert his/her experience into dark mode. They can on or off dark mode by toggling the button. see the live demo: www.darklup.com
4. Yes, you can use it on your sites as well as for your client's site. Only you can get support by providing valid information
5. We are based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Here is the Roadmap: https://trello.com/b/mrxekuia/darklup-roadmap
Shahin,
Thanks for your response.
1. So that means my main WordPress site can be converted by customers into dark mode using toggle on/off switch but any integrated SaaS solutions won't convert into dark mode (for example my career page has "GoHire", then I use "Frill to capture user feedback ", then another LMS for my students, live agent helpdesk system for chat purpose and so on).
Is this understanding correct?
2. If what I said in Point 1 is true, then what is your suggestion, won't my customers get confused when some parts of site has dark mode while others won't have it, will it be good browsing experience for them?
3. May be I can then use it for only WordPress based sites of my clients but then can you suggest as how am I suppose to install plugin on subdomains?
Thanks
Dear
Your understanding is not clear.
As mentioned, "GoHire" or "LMS" are WordPress Plugin and they work under your main site.
That means all of them can be converted to dark by using Darklup.
When you mentioned subdomain, that means you have either installed different WordPress on that sub domain or you are using same WordPress with multisite functionality.
If you have installed different WordPress on different subdomain then you'll need to install Darklup on all WordPress where you want the plugin to work.
You can try our free version: https://wordpress.org/plugins/darklup-lite-wp-dark-mode/
Shahin,
My apologies but I have to ask again, see one thing is WordPress site like www.xyz.com, next thing is integration of various SaaS solutions in www.xyz.com in order to offer relevant functionality. This can be gohire.xyz.com, liveagent.xyz.com, SaaS3.xyz.com, Frill.xyz.com, so "Darklup" dark mode will cover all parts of www.xyz.com?
Thanks
Yup, dark mode will cover xyz.com /// If other sub domains are WordPress based
