Q: Can you please explain, what your system regards as "lead response" and if the limit is shared among the teammembers or is it per member?

A lead response costs one credit and is one reply from a lead.
Credits are shared amongst the entire team, once you limit has reached we will not give you a category on a reply!

priesterathI got this, but what is a reply? A positive connection request or every pm a leads answers? If the second, the limits would make the deal almost useless, as they are way to low.

HI,
A credit is consumed for one categorisation of a lead, we only consume another credit if that lead category needs to be changed and we max this out at 2. Thus one lead who replies can only at a maximum consume 2 credits!
